I've always drawn comics, ever since I knew what they are. I used to do illustration and comics in pencil in school exercise books. Recently my mother found a cache of these when she was cleaning out the sleepout. I'm lucky that she sent them to me, rather than throw them out.
My results vary, depending upon how much time and effort I put in to the comic in question. Drawing can be hard work, especially when your hands ache after an hour's work.
There is a joy however, long felt, in doing so.
